Hi, I'm from Russia. I'd like to read The Company Law, but it's in Swedish only. If there's 2005:551 in English?

Unfortunately there is no official and free translation of The Swedish Companies Act, Aktiebolagslagen. Unless your employer can provide you with some material you will have to buy a copy of the translated act in book form. You will find this book in the well-stocked book stores, or the Internet.
