Här ges alternativt e som korrekt. Borde dock inte C vara det korrekt alter nativitet, då aktieägarna har första rätt till emissionen samt att det ges till lägre pris en till aktieägarna i bedömningen mellan alternativen. Alltså att de först måste börja med att erbjuda aktieägarna 15% och sen kan de ta upp de kvarstående kapitalbehovet genom C med samma erbjudande.
