The crime is called "olovlig köring" 3 § lag om straff för vissa trafikbrott and the penalty is usually a fine (between 1000-10 000 sek in most cases). In theory, it's even possible with some jail time (up to six mouths), even though its highly unusual and only used for the most serious cases. The "normal case scenario" is therefore a fine (probably around 5000 sek).
