File a case for harassments

I wonder if the person harrash me in messages and acuse me for something not true, can i file a case?

Harassments and false accusations can both be punishable by Swedish law, according to 5:3 and 5:1 Brottsbalken. Since I don't know exactly what you mean I can't say weather it's punishable or not in this case, but I recommend you to contact de police for further evaliuation .
