Can I apply for residence if I intend to enter a cohabitee relationship?
i have been living with my boyfriend for over 6 months but my visa expired a month ago, can we apply for sambo with migration?

According to 5 chap. 3a § UtlL can you apply for residence if you want to start a "sambo relationship/cohabitee relationship". The requirements are that the person you want to be sambo with is a resident or have a residential permit.
"Unless otherwise provided in Section 17, second paragraph, a residence permit may be given to an alien who intends to marry or enter into a cohabitee relationship with a person who is resident in or who has been granted a residence permit to settle in Sweden, if the relationship appears to be serious and there are no special grounds not to give a permit"
For a period between July 20 2016- 19 July 2019 is the law of temporary restrictions on the possibility of obtaining a residence permit valid. This law will be applied when you apply for a residence permit during this period. If you look at Section 9 it is stated that in order for a residence permit to be granted it is necessary that your sambo can support both you and himself.
What is the financial requirement? Your sambo must then show that he/she has regular work-related income. The amount of income needed to meet the requirement depends on the size of the family, but for a living couple after the deduction of rent, the normal amount is SEK 7,952.
What are the requirements for the accommodation? For two adults without children, a residence must have a kitchen/kitchenette and at least one room.
