Parking ticket due to shortage of information signs

HOJAB Parkerinsservice has given me a parking ticket. I called them and said that the place where I parked did not have a sign prohibiting parking (there is a sign nearby, but on the other side of the alley). They claim that the sign covers the whole area. I have photos. What do I do now?

Hi, It is hard for me to give you a specific advise in this matter when I do not know what kind of sign we are talking about. However, the best way for you to proceed is to pay the parking ticket directly and then claim the decision to the referred authorities or company at hand (their adress is on the ticket). Send in copies of the photos and explain why you think that the parking ticket should be withdrawn. Remember that you have to give them objective reasons, it is not enough to say that it is unfair or things like that. The reason for paying before you do the claim is that during the time you argue with the company, penalty fees will be added to your ticket due to default of payment. This could also lead to a dispute with the enforcement authority in the long run. If they give you right, you will get your money back. Good luck,
