I have heard about you from Centrum För Rättvisa's. I am writing to you in great distress. I am badly in need of some legal support as an immigrant entrepreneur.
I have found evidence from Skatteverket and Bolagsverket that my Swedish business partner, Josefin xxxxx somehow managed to remove me from the board of my company, Göteborg and she has also formed a new company using the my innovation idea on Jute with our potential business collaborators. Those days I was constantly pushed by her to sell-out my 50% shares for 0 Kr which made me feel very threatened and insecure: documented in Göteborg Police file no 1400 - K173766 - 13
These are a complete infringement of the 'Shareholders Agreement' between us, entitling me at least 200,000 SEK penalty.
Second, she cannot be a part of a new company using the same idea while still being a shareholder of Salekeen-Lassbo AB.
In addition to that, I want justice for unlawfully stealing my Jute idea and all the diversified products and samples that I have developed in Bangladesh.
I believe by presenting the evidence, it can be settled outside the court as Josefin's new partners have a cleaner business reputation than her and quite well financed to launch this business by all means. The whole Västra Götalands Region, SEB, Almi know about my Jute product ideas in this company.
Our company accountant and lawyer are Josefin's close friend..
I have been severely ill regarding this matter for last few months, But can never imagine it would go this far.
Meanwhile, I have been repeatedly advised by Skatteverket and Bolagsverket to file a separate Police Report. I have filed a general one on 18-11 and another one on 20-11 with further evidence from Bolagsverket and Skatteverket (which shall be investigated by Stockholm Police for fraud).
Kindly let me know if there is any way for you to help. I have emailed several organisations for legal support but have not received any positive response so far.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Serajes,I´m sorry to hear about your sitaution. First of all I know there is an organisation called gatujuristerna (the street lawyers) they help people with little resources solve legal problems. Even though they primarily target homeless people and the poor, they might very well consider you appear to be in a very vulnerable position, being ill and in a foreign country. Unlike us, they follow they meet you in person and might be able to follow you through the process. You can find their website here: http://www.gatujuristerna.se/. They might be able to support you through the process and explain more about what will happen. Since you have filed a police report as a victim of a crime, the state might also appoint a legal counsel (målsägandebiträde, in Swedish) for your benefit if there is a trial or an investigation by the Police. The court is responsible for appointing one for you.
