Fråga om skyldighet att betala tv-avgift
Hello ! I wonder why I have to pay Tv avgift to Radiotjanst if I use my Tv to receive only romanian channels ? I have parabol antenna and Receiver from DigiTv Romania and I pay via internet the subscription. I don't catch even 1 swedish channel :( Tack !

The rules for the tv and radio fee (tv avgift) is that every household who owns a tv receiver has to pay the fee. It doesn't matter if you are just watching Romanian television because the fee has to be paid just by having a television that you, if you wanted to, could watch Swedish television on. So even if you are just using the television as a computer screen, to play video games on or watching foreign channels on you have to pay the fee.
