Is a hunger strike illegal in Sweden?

Thank you for your question.

In Sweden it’s not illegal to do a hunger strike. In Regeringsformen HERE that is our constitution, in the second chapter you can find basic human rights in Sweden. Even though I wouldn’t recommend you to stop eating, there isn't any law in Sweden saying that you are not allowed to stop eating.
